Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellations before September 15th, 2025.
50% refund for cancellations made after September 15th, 2025.
Refunds will be made via Zelle or Venmo. Make sure we have the pertinent information needed to insure receipt of your refund.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the amount to be debited back into your account.

Activities included in the retreat are nature walks, yoga, VAT Therapy, and qigong movement. If you have any health concerns, you should consult with your doctor before undertaking any exercise activities. We want you to do what is good for your body, mind, and spirit.
We are mindful of your privacy and provide a safe and supportive environment to share in SELF work. Participation in any of the physical activities is not required. We appreciate that the level at which you feel comfortable participating in our retreat is of your own free will.
